Sunchase Farmville the Greens Modular Apartment Buildings

This bid is for the construction of a 14 unit garden style apartment building at the Sunchase Farmville complex. Unlike the previous greens buidling this building will be constructed using modular units. Both the original design drawings will are posted and the modular unit plans.

N. Entrance Renovation at Piedmont VA Community College
Project Bid Due: 1:00 PM on 1/11/12
The project is generally described as the replacement of existing metal wall panels with new synthetic stucco arches, new synthetic stucco around existing columns and new cement board ceiling. Work includes demolition, concrete, metal studs and trusses, brick masonry, cement board and synthetic stucco.
