Kent Store Fire Station – The County of Fluvanna has awarded CMS the Design Build construction contract for the Kent Store Fire Station, scheduled to start on March 8, 2010. As part of CMS’s design build services, we have teamed up with Little Rhino Design Studio for the Architectural and Structural design for the building and Bent Tree Design for the civil portion of the project. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2011. This is the second fire station that CMS will have built for the County of Fluvanna.

North Ridge Medical Office Building – Health Services Foundation has awarded CMS the construction contract to enclose and paint the entrance canopy. The project includes new store front doors, glass curtain walls, electrical and fire sprinkler work.

Oxford Hill Apartments – Management Services Corporation has awarded CMS the construction contract to renovate 123 apartments. Renovations include remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, painting and flooring while the apartments are occupied.

Harbor Village Clubhouse – CMS was awarded the contract to build a new two story, 8,800 sq. ft. Clubhouse, swimming pool and extensive decking cantilevered over an existing pond located in Richmond, Virginia that will serve a 324 apartment community.

Madison Avenue Apartments – Management Services Corporation has awarded CMS the construction contract to renovate 100 apartments in ninety days during the Summer of 2009 at Cambridge Square Apartments, Preston Square Apartments, Ashtree Townhouses and Ashtree Apartments.

Renovations of the Miller School Science Building – CMS was awarded the construction contract for the new science classrooms and laboratory space. As part of the project, the existing photography classroom is being relocated to a new space providing much needed work and display areas.

Timberwood Grill – CMS completed the addition and interior renovations of Timberwood Grill on January 16, 2009. The additions created a new dining area with see thru fireplace and pick up station for “To Go” orders.

ISCV Community Center – CMS was awarded the construction contract for the Islamic Society of Central Virginia’s new Community Center located on Pine Street. The new 18,500 sq. ft., three story steel frame building provides them a Sanctuary, Library, Classrooms and meeting space.
